Each illustration is carefully planned and done by hand. Carefully thought out, they intertwine a world of magic, sustainability and computing through pictures.
Each book takes 12-24 months to create.
Author's Aim
As a Computing teacher, I wanted to create a story that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and shows children how Computing connects to their everyday lives.
Many children don’t realise that the technology around them (like routers, modems, or online services) is part of the bigger world of Computing.
Through Slums of Senail, I bring these concepts to life in an imaginative, fantasy adventure that helps children recognise and understand Computing in a fun, engaging way.
